This perk is extremely useful, especially for those with submachine guns. It may actually be more useful than stopping power for submachine guns as it reduces the need to zoom in and significantly reduces reaction times. So if you are having trouble beating someone to the trigger, try using this instead.

Also the pro version allows you to have a longer breath when sniping, so if you want to do good at sniping you need to level this perk up with a sub machine gun for a while…
