Cold-blooded is basically the equivalent of a UAV jammer from Call of Duty 4, except it allows you to hide from UAV’s, kill streaks like the helicopters or sentry guns and thermal scopes. If you use it with the Ninja perk, this could make for an amazing stealth class, as ninja hides you from heartbeat sensors.
The Cold-Blooded Pro upgrade prevents you from having a name above your head, or a red cross when seen by enemies. To be honest though, I shoot anyone without a green name above their head – so I’m not sure how effective this is. I’ve not unlocked it yet either!

the reason cold blooded pro is a good perk is because sumtimes u might be hide in tall grass or even on top of a roof and the might think they see u like 4 instance on a couple of my replays they think cant see me in sum grass but my name pops up nn the jus start shooting and with it ive seen ppl that should have seen me but walk right pass and i get an easy shank
