The Bling perk basically lets you have two attachments on your weapon, and if you upgrade it, you can get a second attachment on your secondary weapon (if you have unlocked one of course)!
Great combinations include: silencer and red dot, grenade launcher and red dot, thermal scope and silencer, silencer and heartbeat sensor, heartbeat sensor and thermal scope – and lots more!!!
